Meet The Growers

Capon City
Steve and his family have been taking care of the Wapsie farm since 1999. The farm was started in 1976.

Ray and Julie
Ray has been raising for 10 years. He took over from Julie's father, Dean, who had been raising capons for Wapsie since 1972

Bill and Clem
Clem and his wife Janice have been raising Iowa capons for many years. Bill is in the process of taking over the duties.

Gary and Marleen
Gary has been supplying birds since 1979.

Mike and Jennifer
Are the only remaining Minnesota growers for Wapsie.
